Getting Started

1. Logging In to POSITIIVPLUS 
Steps: 

  1. 1.1 Go to https://positiivplus.com/ 

  1. 1.2 Enter your registered Email Address and Password. 

  1. 1.3 Click on “Sign-In”. 

  1. Alternatively, you can log in using your Google or Microsoft account. 

2. Signing Up (New User Registration) 

Steps: 

  1. 2.1 Click on “Sign Up” if you don’t have an account. 

  1. 2.2 Enter your Name and Email Address. 

  1. 2.3 Set a secure Password. 

  1. 2.4 Click “Submit” to register. 


3. Verifying with OTP 
Steps: 

  1. 3.1 Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the OTP sent to your registered email. 

  1. 3.2 Enter the OTP on the website. 

  1. 3.3 Click “Submit” to verify and proceed. 


4. Setting Up Company Details 

Steps: 

  1. 4.1 After OTP verification, you will be redirected to the Company Details page. 

  1. 4.2 Fill in the required company information. 

  1. 4.3 Click “Submit” to save. 

  1. 4.4 You’ll be redirected back to the Login Page to access your account. 


5. Forgot Password (Reset Process) 

Steps: 

  1. 5.1 Go to https://positiivplus.com/ and click “Forgot Password.” 

  1. 5.2 Enter your registered Email Address. 

  1. 5.3 Check your inbox (and spam) for the OTP email. 

  1. 5.4 Enter the OTP on the website and click “Submit.” 

  1. 5.5 Create and confirm your new password. 

  1. 5.6 Log in using your email and new password.
