My document uploads are failing —what should I do?

Step 1. Check your internet connection 

1.1 Unstable connections often interrupt uploads. 

Step 2. Verify file format and size 

2.1 Ensure it complies with platform requirements. 

Step 3: Rename your file 

3.1 Remove any special characters or make the name shorter. 

Step 4. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page 

4.1 Helps resolve temporary glitches. 

Step 5. Try a different browser 

5.1 Recommended: Chrome or Microsoft Edge. 

Step 6. Upload one file at a time 

6.1 Avoid simultaneous uploads if issues persist. 

Step 7. Take a Screenshot and Contact Support 

7.1 If none of the above steps work, take a screenshot of the error message you seeing and raise a ticket.  

7.2 Reach out to technical support providing a brief description of the issue with the screenshot of the error.
