What file formats are supported for document upload?

Step 1. Use only supported file types 

1.1 Accepted formats: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), JPG, PNG, TXT. 

Step 2. Keep file size within limits 

2.1 Maximum file size is 25 MB. 

Step 3. Avoid special characters in file names 

3.1 Do not use %, #, &, @, or excessively long names. 

💡 Tip: Compress large files if needed before uploading.
