How do I upload supporting documents?

Follow the steps below to upload supporting documents in the PositiivPlus platform: 

Step 1. Navigate to the assessment section 

     1.1 Go to the relevant assessment where supporting documents are required. 

     1.2 Locate the specific question or field that prompts for document upload. 



Step 2. Locate the “Upload” button 
     2.1 This appears directly next to or below the question that needs supporting evidence. 

Step 3. Click the button and select your file 

     3.1 Choose the document from your local device storage. 

Step 4. Wait for the file to upload completely 

     4.1 A progress bar or icon may indicate the upload status. 

Step 5. Click “Save” or “Submit” to finalize 

     5.1 This step is crucial to confirm that the upload is registered in the system. 

Step 6. Look for a confirmation message 

    6.1 You’ll see a success message once the document is uploaded properly. 

💡 Tip: Make sure your internet is stable and the document isn’t open in another program during upload.
