An assessment profile offers a comprehensive overview of assessment progress, supplier performance, and supporting documents. Follow the steps below to explore its key features.
Step 1: Open the Assessment Overview
1.1 From the Assessment List, click on any assessment title to open its profile.
You will see the following summary metrics:
1.1.1 Email Delivered: Number of emails successfully sent to suppliers.
1.1.2 Email Bounced: Count of failed email deliveries.
1.1.3 Assessments Checked: Number of suppliers who have viewed the assessment.
1.1.4 Assessment Completed: Percentage of suppliers who have submitted the assessment.
Step 2: View Completion Status
2.1 A completion bar at the top displays the overall progress in percentage, showing how much of the assessment has been completed by all assigned suppliers.
Step 3: Review Version History
3.1 Click on Version History to track any changes or updates made to the assessment over time. This includes edits, reassignments, or structural updates.
Step 4: Analyze Indicator Performance
4.1 Scroll down to view performance metrics by indicator, such as Energy, Waste, Water, Emissions, Biodiversity, Human Rights and more.
4.2 Each indicator shows performance percentages based on supplier responses.
Step 5: Explore the Suppliers List
5.1 This section includes detailed information on all participating suppliers:
5.1.1 Supplier Name
5.1.2 Contact Person
5.1.3 Assessment Start Date
5.1.4 Assessment Due Date
5.2 Tools Available:
5.2.1 Track Button: Click to monitor the individual supplier’s assessment progress.
5.2.2 Search Button: Quickly locate a specific supplier by name or detail.
Step 6: Access Attached Documents
6.1 For each supplier, documents uploaded during the assessment are listed with:
6.1.1 Document Name
6.1.2 File Format (e.g., PDF)
6.1.3 Last Updated Date
6.1.4 Uploaded Date
6.2 Use the Search Field to quickly filter and access specific documents.
Step 7: Manage Actions Within the Assessment
7.1 In the Actions section, perform and manage key follow-ups:
7.1.1 Search: Locate specific actions by name or keyword.
7.1.2 Action Type Filter: Filter by action type such as Audit, Policy Update, or Compliance Review.
7.1.3 Action Status Filter: View actions by their current status (New, Ongoing, Completed).
7.1.4 Add New Action: Click this button to create and assign a new action to a supplier
