Step 1: Access the Action Profile
1.1 Navigate to the Actions tab on the platform.
1.2 Click on the Action Name to open the full Action Profile.
Step 2: Review the Detailed Action View
2.1 The profile displays detailed information about the action.
2.2 You can see the steps taken by the supplier and track their current progress.
Step 3: Check Reference Documents
3.1 These documents are uploaded by the admin to provide background or guidance.
3.2 Use these as a reference to understand the requirements or standards expected.
Step 4: Review Required Documents
4.1 These are the mandatory documents suppliers must upload to complete the action.
4.2 Uploaded documents will be reviewed by the admin for completeness and compliance.
Step 5: View the Sample Document (If provided)
5.1 If available, this optional sample serves as a template or example for the supplier.
5.2 It helps ensure formatting and content meet expectations.
Step 6: Monitor Action Status
6.1 The Action Status section shows whether the action is:

Step 9: View Supplier Documents
9.1 Click “View Documents” to open and review files uploaded by the supplier.
Step 10: Delete the Action (If required)
10.1 If the action is no longer relevant, use the “Delete Action” option to remove it from the list.
