1. Access the Actions Page
1.1 Navigate to the Qualitative Section.
1.2 Select “Actions” to open the list of assigned actions.
1.3 Click on “Add New Action” to create and assign a new action.
2. Use the Search Bar
2.1 Type keywords or identifiers into the Search Bar to quickly locate specific actions.
3. Sort the Actions
Use the Sort By option to organize actions by:
3.1 Numeric order (Ascending/Descending)
3.2 Status
3.3 Any other relevant criteria
4. Apply Filters
Use the Filter option to refine the list of actions by:
4.1 Type (e.g., Reporting, Compliance, Audit)
4.2 Status (e.g., New, In Progress, Completed)
4.3 Assigned User
5. View the Actions List
Each action entry includes:
5.1 Action Number – Unique identifier for each action.
5.2 Action Name – A concise title or label.
5.3 Description – Brief details explaining the action.
5.4 Created On – Date the action was created.
5.5 Type – Category such as Training, Audit, or Reporting.
5.6 Created By – The user or system that created the action.
5.7 User – The individual or team assigned to carry it out.
6. Manage Actions
6.1 Delete Action:
6.1.1 Click the Trash Icon or “Delete” button.
6.1.2 Confirm the deletion to remove the action from the list.
6.2 Edit Action:
6.2.1 Click the Pencil Icon or “Edit” button.
6.2.2 Update necessary details in the action form.
6.2.3 Click Save to apply the changes.
