How Do I Create an Assessment in POSITIIVPLUS?

Follow the steps below to create and configure a new assessment using the Qualitative Feature in the POSITIIVPLUS platform.

Step 1: Navigate to the Qualitative Feature 

1.1 From the main menu, locate and click on the “Qualitative Feature” section. 

Step 2: Start Creating a New Assessment 

2.1 In the Qualitative Feature section, click “Create Assessment” to begin setting up a new assessment tailored to your needs.

  

Step 3: Configure the Assessment Details 

Fill in the following fields to define your assessment: 

  1. 3.1 Title 

3.1.1 Enter a descriptive title for easy identification. 

  1. 3.2 Description 

3.2.1 Provide a brief overview of the assessment’s purpose and focus areas. 

  1. 3.3 Boundaries 

3.3.1 Define the scope of the assessment: 

3.3.2 Include specific assets, sites, and suppliers. 

  1. 3.4 Scoring Framework 

3.4.1 The assessment will be scored across the following categories: 

  1. Excellent: 100–70 
  2. Good: 70–40 
  3. Warning: 40–20 
  4. High Risk: 20–0  
  1. 3.5 Frequency 

3.5.1 Choose how often the assessment should occur: 

  1. Single Use, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, or Annual. 


  1. 3.6 Due Date 

3.6.1 Set a deadline for supplier submission. 

  1. 3.7 Priority 

3.7.1 Assign a priority level: 

  1. Urgent, High, Normal, Medium, or Low 
  1. 3.8 Select Template 

3.8.1 Choose the appropriate assessment template from the available options. 

  1. 3.9 Supplier Type 

3.9.1 Specify the type of suppliers to be assessed: 

  1. All, Manufacturing, Services, or Trading 

Step 4: Proceed to Next Step 

4.1 After filling in all required fields, click “Next. 

4.2 You will be redirected to the Add Suppliers page to assign the assessment.
