I'm seeing an error while filling or submitting my assessment, what should I do?

       1.2 Avoid using outdated or unsupported browsers. 

Step 2. Ensure a Stable Internet Connection 

        2.1 Verify that your internet connection is active and stable. 

        2.2 Refresh the page and try submitting again. 

Step 3. Clear Cache and Cookies 

       3.1 Go to your browser settings and clear cache and cookies. 

        3.2 Reload the platform and attempt to submit the assessment once more. 

Step 4. Use Incognito/Private Mode 

        4.1 Try submitting the assessment in a private/incognito window to bypass potential                

              browser extension conflicts. 

Step 5. Try Another Browser or Device 

        5.1 If the issue persists, access the platform using a different browser or device. 

Step 6. Take a Screenshot and Contact Support 

        6.1 If none of the above steps work, take a screenshot of the error message you are seeing and raise a ticket.
